2. GENERAL

These general conditions govern the use of the Renault Trucks Belux website. They also apply to all orders placed via the Renault Trucks Belux web site.

The Renault Trucks Belux site is created on behalf of and under the control of Renault Trucks Belux. Users are authorised to view and print the information it contains free of charge for their own personal use but not for commercial purposes.

The order becomes final only after signing the order form with the sales conditions of the chosen dealer.

Anything not expressly provided for in these terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by the provisions of Belgian law.

3. OFFER AND ORDER

Orders can only be placed through www.renaulttrucksonline.be or directly with the Renault Trucks dealership. The offer is only valid in Belgium and in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for holders of a VAT number.

Orders placed through the website for non-professional purposes are not possible.

Renault Trucks Belux undertakes to process orders placed on the site while stocks last and within the limits defined in these conditions. Orders placed online can only be processed once the customer has been clearly identified.

Renault Trucks Belux reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of serious suspicion of abuse of rights or bad faith, serious suspicion of commercial usage which is unacceptable to Renault Trucks Belux, or where stocks of a specific item have been exhausted.

An order is not binding until the Renault Trucks dealer has signed the order form. If anything in the offer or after ordering should not be sufficiently clear, the customer can always contact the online customer service or the dealer concerned for additional information using the contact form under the 'contact us' heading, or by email to Info.belux@renault-trucks.com. All questions will be answered as soon as possible.

4. PAYMENT

The prices are those indicated on the website at the time of the order. All prices quoted are exclusive of 21% VAT.

Payment must be made in advance of delivery and in agreement with the Renault Trucks dealership.

5. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

By signing the Renault Trucks dealer order form the order is final and the customer accepts the general conditions.

The final signing of the Renault Trucks dealer order form by the customer is equivalent to acceptance of the order at the specified price.

6. COLLECTION/DELIVERY

Collection will take place either at the Renault Trucks dealership of your choice or, by mutual agreement, at an agreed address.

Delivery will take place as soon as payment has been made and in agreement with the Renault Trucks dealer concerned.

For vehicles in stock, delivery can take place immediately after the fulfilment of legal obligations.

Vehicles that are not in stock or need to be assembled are subject to the arrangements agreed with the Renault Trucks dealer.

7. GUARANTEE

Renault Trucks Belux provides the warranties required by law.

8. PROTECTION OF PRIVACY

Renault Trucks Belux reserves the right to collect customer data for its internal use only, either directly, through the collection of personal data provided by the customer at the time of registration and/or order, or indirectly, e.g. through the use of cookies, newsletter subscriptions or orders.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 8 December 1992, the customer has the right to access, correct or delete his personal data at any time if he no longer wishes to receive any information regarding Renault Trucks Belux activities. To do this, the customer can contact the Renault Trucks Belux online customer service department.

9. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

All disputes are subject to Belgian law. Only Belgian courts have jurisdiction.

10. LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF THE SITE

The Renault Trucks Belux site is designed to provide the customer with general information on the products and activities of Renault Trucks Belux. Renault Trucks Belux can only be held responsible for access to the site, the ordering process, delivery and other services provided by the site.
